In Ayurveda they are performed while doing <a href=\"https:\/\/alltruesecrets.com\/knowledge\/yoga-exercises\/\" title=\"#physical Yoga exercises\">#Yoga exercises<\/a> to enhance the effect like removing mucus from the airways or stimulating the digestion power and metabolism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The inhaling and exhaling are more forceful and audible than in normal breathing. While breathing you bring in a resistance in your throat, which makes a sound. On this way the air can flow much slower and goes deeper. It also strengthen your respiratory muscles and your lungs develop more breathing volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have to train this kind of breathing. Best you get guided by an experienced Yoga teacher. If you suffer from migraine, hypertension or an increased Pitta just watch your health. If the Ujjayi breathing does not harm you (as it increases Pitta moderately) then go on with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"german\" style=\"font-size: 1.7em; font-weight: 300; color: #908C64; margin-top: 40px;\">UJJAYI-ATMUNG<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei diesem Atemtyp wird beim Ein- und Ausatmen ein Widerstand in den oberen Atemwegen aufgebaut. Das erm\u00f6glicht Dir, langsamer ein- und auszuatmen. Au\u00dferdem st\u00e4rkst Du damit auch Deine Atemmuskulatur und entwickelst mehr Atemvolumen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst solltest Du mit offenen Mund beim Ausatmen gegen Deine Hand hauchen. Erzeuge gleichzeitig einen Widerstand oberhalb Deines Kehlkopfs, bis ein h\u00f6rbarer Hauch entsteht. Wiederhole die \u00dcbung mit geschlossenem Mund. Atme nun auch h\u00f6rbar ein und aus, indem Du beim Atmen einen Widerstand im \u00dcbergang der Atemwege von Nase und Rachen bringst. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fchle wie die Luft in Deine Lungen dringt, sich in Deinem K\u00f6rper verteilt und Dir Energie spendet. Atme in dieser Weise mindestens 3 Mal hintereinander langsam ein und aus. Du kannst die \u00dcbung auch f\u00fcr 5-10 Minuten durchf\u00fchren. Das befreit die Atemwege vom Schleim. Ausserdem kannst Du so auch beim Sonnengru\u00df und bei der Firework-\u00dcbungen atmen.
