According to Patanjali, they are indispensable for the mastery of life energies (<a href=\"https:\/\/alltruesecrets.com\/knowledge\/prana-the-breath-of-life\/\" title=\"#Prana\">#Prana<\/a>) and control over body and mind. This also shows the meaning of the word \u201cPranayama\u201d, which is made up of Prana, the life energy, and Yama, the self-control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the exercises, body, mind and soul merge with your breathing. By observing your breath, you become aware of your existence and feel your innermost essence. With the inhalation you take in Prana, life force, from the universe into your body and with the exhalation you distribute it into all your cells and tissues, especially if you focus on your <a href=\"https:\/\/alltruesecrets.com\/knowledge\/chakras\/\" title=\"#Chakras\">#Chakras<\/a>. At the same time, blockages are dissolved and what is impure is allowed to leave the organism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOLLOW YOUR OWN RHYTHM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you breathe, you can emphasize either the inhalation, the exhalation, or both. In yoga classes, it is often specified how fast and how long the inhalation and exhalation can take. It is better you follow your own rhythm, because the yoga exercises should also be individually adapted to your current state of health and your personal needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are also exercises in which breathing is stopped after inhaling. In these so-called Bhandas, Prana is collected and then distributed in the body with the exhalation. Personally, I can only recommend this to people who are absolutely healthy. Otherwise I prefer the natural flow when breathing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In any case, pranayama will give you energy and mental clarity in a very short time. Nach Patanjali ist das regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Praktizieren dieser \u00dcbungen f\u00fcr die Kontrolle \u00fcber K\u00f6rper und Geist und Beherrschung der Lebensenergien unverzichtbar. Das zeigt auch die Bedeutung des Wortes \u201ePranayama\u201c, das sich aus Prana, der Lebensenergie, und Yama, der Selbstkontrolle, zusammensetzt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei den \u00dcbungen verschmelzen K\u00f6rper, Geist und Seele mit Deiner Atmung. Indem Du Deinen Atem beobachtest, wirst Du Deiner Existenz gewahr und sp\u00fcrst Deinen innersten Wesenskern. Mit der Einatmung nimmst Du Prana, Lebenskraft, aus dem Universum in Deinen K\u00f6rper auf. Mit der Ausatmung verteilst Du es in all Deine Zellen und Gewebe. Gleichzeitig l\u00f6sen sich Blockaden und Unreines darf den Organismus verlassen, vor allem wenn Du Dich&nbsp; auf Deine Chakren, Deinen Energiezentren, konzentrierst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOLGE DEINEM RHYTHMUS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim Atmen kannst Du entweder die Ein- oder Ausatmung oder beides betonen. Im Yogaunterricht wird oft vorgegeben, wie schnell und wie lange das Ein- und Ausatmen dauern darf. Es ist besser, wenn Du Deinem eigenen Rhythmus folgst, denn auch die Yoga\u00fcbungen sollten individuell an Deinen aktuellen Gesundheitszustand und an Deine pers\u00f6nlichen Bed\u00fcrfnissen angepasst sein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt auch \u00dcbungen, bei denen die Atmung nach dem Einatmen angehalten wird. Bei diesen sogenannte Bhandas wird Prana gesammelt und dann mit der Ausatmung im K\u00f6rper verteilt. Pers\u00f6nlich kann ich das nur Menschen empfehlen, die absolut gesund sind. Ansonsten bevorzuge ich den nat\u00fcrlichen Flow beim Atmen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ENERGIE UND KLARHEIT DURCH PRANAYAMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf jeden Fall bekommst Du beim Pranayama in k\u00fcrzester Zeit Energie und mentale Klarheit.
