This exercise is great when you suffer from a low or weak digestion power, but only if you breathe intensely in Ujjayi breathing. Breathe audibly. You have to synchronize your breathing with the movements. This way Prana penetrates deep into your tissues and electrify your Nadis and nerval system which directly bring light into each and every cell. This brings for strength, regeneration and rejuvenation. After a while you will get a beautiful defined body with a perfect tension of your muscles. The best time to practice this exercises are in the morning on an empty stomach.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lie down and inhale deep. With exhalation bend both legs and your upper body forward and bring your knee to your forehead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you inhale, stretch your legs and lie down again. With the next exhalation, you bend your legs and your upper body again. Perform these exercise 5-7 times in the beginning without a break. Later you can extend it to 21 or 42 or more.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attention:<\/strong> don\u2019t perform any exercise where you feel pain. Leg Dich mit dem R\u00fccken auf eine Yogamatte. Leg beide H\u00e4nde an Deinen Kopf. Nach einer tiefen Einatmung, hebst Du mit der Ausatmung in der Ujjayi-Atmung Deinen Oberk\u00f6rper an und beugst Deinen Kopf vor. Gleichzeitig ziehst Du beide Beine mit gebeugten Knien zu Deiner Stirn heran, bis sie sich ber\u00fchren. Mit der Einatmung, auch in der Ujjayi-Atmung, legst Du Dich wieder hin und streckst Deine Beine. Mit der n\u00e4chsten Ausatmung beugst Du wieder Beine und Oberk\u00f6rper, so dass sie Knie und Stirn wieder ber\u00fchren. Insgesamt 5-7 bzw. 21 oder 42 Mal ohne Pause.
