Wer kein Zungenroller ist, kann auch die Z\u00e4hne zusammenbei\u00dfen und bei leicht ge\u00f6ffnetem Mund durch die Z\u00e4hne atmen, auch Shitkari genannt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wirkung: k\u00fchlend und entspannend. Sehr effektiv bei Bluthochdruck, Migr\u00e4ne.
