Fire breathing makes you really &#8220;hot&#8221; and keeps your airways free from mucus. The forceful breathing is involving the abdomen where the belly is drag in and out. This stimulates the digestion system as well as the metabolism and the adrenal glands and thyreoid. It activates the flow of lymph. If you feel cold you will warm or hot again. In the beginning it can be a little exhausting until you build up abdominal muscles. Get yourself guided by an experienced yoga teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attention:<\/strong> this exercises should not be performed in high blood pressure, migraine and increased Pitta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sit up straight and slowly inhale and exhale three times deep into your stomach as described in <a href=\"https:\/\/alltruesecrets.com\/knowledge\/deep-breathing\/\" title=\"#deep breathing\">deep breathing<\/a>. Then inhale and also exhale dynamically in <a href=\"http:\/\/Ujjaji-breathing\" title=\"#Ujjaji-breathing\">#Ujjayi-breathing<\/a>. Inhalation and exhalation should take the same time. Thats different to <a href=\"https:\/\/alltruesecrets.com\/knowledge\/intense-breathing-kapalabhati\/\" title=\"#Ujjayi-breathing\">#intense breathing<\/a> (where the focus is on exhaling). Start with 3-5-10 powerful breaths and increasing over time to 10-30 and later to 50-100-300 breaths without breaks. Du beherrscht die tiefe Bauchatmung? Ok-dann geht\u2019s in die n\u00e4chste Runde. Die Feueratmung macht richtig \u201eHot\u201c und befreit die Atemwege von z\u00e4hem Schleim. Die \u00dcbung ist aber anfangs etwas anstrengend. Lass Dich am besten dabei von einem erfahrenen Yogalehrer anleiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setz Dich gerade hin und atme dreimal langsam in tief in Deinen Bauch ein und aus. Danach atmest Du dynamisch-intensiv und h\u00f6rbar mit der Ujjayi-Atmung in Deinen Bauch ein. Danach atmest Du ebenso dynamisch h\u00f6rbar aus. Gleichzeitig ziehst Du dabei Deinen Bauch ein. Ein- und Ausatmung sollten die gleiche Zeit einnehmen. Fang mit drei oder f\u00fcnf kraftvollen Atemz\u00fcgen an, die Du mit der Zeit auf 3x 10-30 und sp\u00e4ter auf 3x 50-100 Atemst\u00f6\u00dfe erh\u00f6hst. Das Tempo bestimmst Du.
