This preparation nourishes the body and same time cleanses and detoxifies the tissues. It is the ideal food for a low or weak <a href=\"https:\/\/alltruesecrets.com\/knowledge\/digestion-power\/\" title=\"#digestion power\">#digestion power<\/a>, burnout, weakness as well as increased Vata and Pitta. The fusion of lentils with rice while cooking has a magic effect. Softly cooked with ghee and hot spices, it becomes a healing porridge which activates digestion and metabolism. It is nourishing and should not be consumed in obesity. In increased Kapha condition like a cold use less rice. Principally the dosage of herbs and spices is individual. Don\u2019t use spices in inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract better eat <a href=\"https:\/\/alltruesecrets.com\/knowledge\/cool-kichadi\/\" title=\"#cool Kichadi\">#cool Kichadi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quantity: <\/strong>2 servings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 40-45 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Effect:<\/strong> Heating,&nbsp; cleansing, nourishing and moisturizing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARATION OF RICH KICHADI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut 1-2 carrots, one fennel, one zucchini and sweet potatoe into small pieces. Optionally use parsnips and parsley roots. Also grate fresh ginger. Wash Basmati rice and 75 g yellow or red lentils or Mungdal in cold water. Heat at least 2-3 liters of water. Warm up 2-3 tablespoons of Ghee slowly and then add\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 teaspoon cumin powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 teaspoon coriander powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 teaspoon turmeric powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4-6 whole cloves<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>eventually 1 teaspoon grinded cardamon capsules&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>eventually 1-2 teaspoon mild or spicy hot curry powder&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>eventually grated fresh Ginger<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>eventually 1 teaspoon whole black pepper.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Then add the lentils, rice and the chopped vegetables to it. Add hot water and let it simmer on medium heat for about 35-45 minutes. Keep adding hot water until the Kichadi is soft as a porridge. Finally add rock salt and 1 tablespoon of raisins if you like. Remove it from heat and cover the pot for 10 minutes. Serve hot or warm. I recommend to add fresh coriander to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"german\" style=\"font-size: 1.7em; font-weight: 300; color: #908C64; margin-top: 40px;\">RICH KICHADI<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Heilgericht aus dem Ayurveda schmeckt nicht nur oberlecker. Es reinigt, entgiftet und w\u00e4rmt auch. Es wird gerne bei Aufbaukuren wie der Rasayana-Kur einsetzt und bei erh\u00f6htem Vata. Das Geheimnis liegt in der Verschmelzung von Linsen mit Reis. Weich gekocht mit Ghee und kr\u00e4ftigen Gew\u00fcrzen wird es zu einem Heilbrei, der bei Mangelerscheinungen, Burnout und geschw\u00e4chter und schwacher Verdauungskraft ungemein wohltuend und verdauungsf\u00f6rdernd wirkt und die Verdauungskraft st\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wirkung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erhitzend, reinigend, n\u00e4hrend und befeuchtend<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Achtung:<\/strong> nicht bei \u00dcbers\u00e4uerung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Menge: f\u00fcr <\/strong>2-3 Portionen\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG VON RICH KICHADI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dauer:<\/strong> ca. 40-45 Minuten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1 M\u00f6hre <\/em>in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. Dazu Gem\u00fcse der Wahl wie <em>K\u00fcrbis, Erbsen,<\/em> <em>Paprika,<\/em> <em>Pastinaken, Petersilienwurzeln, Zucchini oder Fenchel<\/em> kleinschneiden. <em>75 g Basmati-Reis <\/em>und <em>75 g gelbe oder rote<\/em> <em>Linsen oder Mungdal<\/em> waschen. Mindestens 2-3 Liter Wasser erhitzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einem Topf <em>2-3 El Ghee <\/em>langsam erw\u00e4rmen, dann<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>1 geh\u00e4uften TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmelpulver<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>1 geh\u00e4uften TL Korianderpulver<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>1 geh\u00e4uften TL Curcuma<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>4 ganze Pfefferk\u00f6rner,<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>2 geh\u00e4ufte TL mittelscharfes bzw. scharfes Currypulver<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>1 EL geraspelter frischer Ingwer<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>4-6 ganze Nelken<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>und evtl. 1 geh\u00e4uften TL Vollrohrzucker <\/em>dazugeben und einr\u00fchren.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Danach die Linsen, den Reis und das kleingeschnittene Gem\u00fcse einr\u00fchren,&nbsp; bis alles vollst\u00e4ndig vom gew\u00fcrzten Ghee umh\u00fcllt ist. Hei\u00dfes Wasser dazu geben,&nbsp;so dass es ca. 4 fingerbreit \u00fcber dem Reis-Linsen-Gemisch steht. Auf mittlerer Stufe etwa&nbsp; 35-40 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Immer wieder hei\u00dfes Wasser dazugeben, bis alles gar ist. Zum Schluss mit einer Prise Steinsalz w\u00fcrzen. Abdecken und5 Minuten stehen lassen. Warm essen.
