Simply everything is in this soup! Great for pre-cooking. It is the healing dish in ayurvedic clinics for detoxification and weight loss. Dosage of herbs and spices is individual, so find out yourself which one and which quantity is best for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quantity: <\/strong>for 2-4 servings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong> approx. 50-70 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Effect:<\/strong> warming, digestive and stimulates the metabolism. Do not use hot spices if you suffer from hyperacidity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARATION OF THE MUNGOBEANSOUP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 g Mungbeans soaked overnight for minimum 8 hours in in lukewarm water. Cut 1-2 carrots and 2 small potatoes or 1 sweet potato or half of a small Hokkaido pumpkin into small pieces, coarsely grate a piece of fresh ginger (thumbsize). Heat at least 2 liters of wateR. Then heat 2 tbsp sesame oil or ghee slowly, then stir and add\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 teaspoon cumin powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 tbsp medium hot curry powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 teaspoon coriander powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 teaspoon turmeric powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>grated fresh ginger<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 knife tip of asafoetida<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Then add the soaked green mung beans and the chopped vegetables to this spice oil. Cook at medium heat for about 50-70 minutes. After about 40 minutes add some raisins if you like. Pour boiled hot water as needed and cook the mungobeans until they are soft. Finally add 1-2 teaspoons of rock salt.&nbsp;Fill the hot soup into a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of coconut milk or ghee. Vor dem Kochen 1-2 M\u00f6hren und 2 kleine Kartoffeln oder 1 S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel oder einen halben kleinen Hokkaido-K\u00fcrbis in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden, ein 10 cm grosses St\u00fcck frischen Ingwer grob raspeln. Mindestens 2 Liter Wasser erhitzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Topf 2 EL Sesam\u00f6l oder Ghee langsam erw\u00e4rmen, dann<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 geh\u00e4uften TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmelpulver<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 geh\u00e4uften EL mittelscharfes Currypulver<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 geh\u00e4uften TL Korianderpulver<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 geh\u00e4uften TL Curcumapulver<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 geh\u00e4uften EL geriebenen frischen Ingwer<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>evtl. 1 Messerspitze Asafoetida<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>evtl. 1 geh\u00e4uften TL Vollrohrzucker dazugeben und<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>einr\u00fchren. Danach die eingeweichten gr\u00fcnen Mungobohnen und das kleingeschnittene Gem\u00fcse mit den Kartoffeln einr\u00fchren, bis alles vollst\u00e4ndig vom Gew\u00fcrz\u00f6l bedeckt ist. Hei\u00dfes Wasser dazugeben, so dass es ca. 2 fingerbreit \u00fcber den Bohnen steht. Bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 50-70 Minuten kochen. Nach etwa 40 Minuten die Rosinen dazugeben. Immer wieder hei\u00dfes Wasser nachgie\u00dfen, bis alles gar ist. Zum Schluss 1-2 TL Steinsalz dazugeben.
