It\u2019s clarified butter from cow\u2018s milk where the proteins are removed due to heating. What remains is the pure butter fat. This fat penetrates deep into the tissues and nourishes and cleanses all our cells. They activate the mitochondrias in our cells. This helps in fat burning and strengthens the digestion power.&nbsp;Plant oils don\u2019t have these effects on our body. It is\/was used by Indian saints despite of their strict vegan nutrition. Even Buddha used Ghee because he knew about the health promoting effect of the clarified butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>GHEE CLEANSES AND NOURISHES ALL TISSUES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ghee enhances the skin and nourishes our senses and nerves. It is used for eye diseases. There is an ayurvedic treatment where the eyes are bathing in medicated Ghee. This Ghee is cooked with many&nbsp;bitter and nourishing herbs in all varieties. Such ghee is used also in Panchakarma and in any cure for cleansing and deacidification.&nbsp;Ghee also removes inflammation as it has a cooling effect on the tissues. It is best in <a href=\"https:\/\/alltruesecrets.com\/knowledge\/hyperacidity\/\" title=\"#hyperacidity\">#hyperacidity<\/a> and increased Pitta.&nbsp;In Ayurveda Ghee is used for cooking, baking and frying.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Properties and effects: <\/strong>cooling, nourishing, anti- inflammatory, strengthening of digestion power&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attention:<\/strong> To fry meat or fish use only vegetable oils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARATION OF GHEE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quantity: 4x 250g butter ( not sour butter)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duration: approx. 45-60 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Heat the Butter slowly in a saucepan on medium heat until\u00a0it becomes liquid. Then simmer for about 45-60 minutes. Carefully skim off the cream that settles on the top with a wooden spoon, don&#8217;t stir. When the Ghee stops bubbling, remove the heat. Filter the beer-brown liquid through a fine-meshed cotton cloth (tea towel) or sieve it into a glass with a cap (like marmelade glasses).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Store the Ghee in a cool and dark place. It can be stored this way for 100 years. Use 2-3 tablespoons daily for cooking or add it to your dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"german\" style=\"font-size: 1.7em; font-weight: 300; color: #908C64; margin-top: 40px;\">GHEE<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Ayurveda ist das reine Butterfett Nahrungsmittel und Heilmittel zugleich. Es macht sch\u00f6ne Haut und Augen und n\u00e4hrt die Nerven. Es wird auch gekl\u00e4rte Butter genannt. Durch langes Kochen der Butter wird das Fett von der Molke, dem Buttereiwei\u00df getrennt. Das reine Fett kann nun tiefer ins Gewebe dringen, bis in die Zellen zum Zellkern. Dort aktiviert es den Zellstoffwechsel und die Fettverbrennung an.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GHEE REINIGT UND N\u00c4HRT ALLE GEWEBE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ghee dringt tief ins Gewebe und n\u00e4hrt, ents\u00e4uert und regt den Zellstoffwechsel an. Es st\u00e4rkt die Nerven und f\u00f6rdert die Verdauungskraft. Au\u00dferdem wirkt es reinigend und k\u00fchlend. Besonders geeignet bei erh\u00f6htem Pitta und <a href=\"https:\/\/alltruesecrets.com\/knowledge\/hyperacidity\/\" title=\"HYPERACIDITY\">#\u00dcbers\u00e4uerung<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG VON GHEE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Menge:<\/strong> 4x 250g S\u00fc\u00dfrahmbutter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dauer:<\/strong> ca. 45-60 Minuten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einen Topf <em>4 ST\u00dcCK Bio-S\u00fc\u00dfrahmbutter <\/em>(4x 250 g) geben und langsam auf mittlerer Stufe erhitzen, bis die Butter fl\u00fcssig wird. Dann ca. 45-60 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Den Schaum, der sich oben auf dem Topf absetzt mit einem Kochl\u00f6ffel vorsichtig absch\u00f6pfen,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aber nicht r\u00fchren. Wenn es nicht mehr blubbert, das fl\u00fcssige, bierbraune und klare Ghee durch ein feinmaschiges Baumwolltuch (Geschirrhandtuch) in ein Glas (z.B. in ein\u00a0 Marmeladenglas) gie\u00dfen und mit dem Schraubdeckel\u00a0 verschlie\u00dfen. Fertig!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bewahre es an einen k\u00fchlen Ort auf und stell es nicht ins direkte Sonnenlicht, sonst kann es ranzig werden.
