Sie sind verdauungsf\u00f6rdernd aber meide sie, wenn Du zu \u00dcbers\u00e4uerung neigst oder bereits \u00fcbers\u00e4uert bist. Das erf\u00e4hrst Du beim Test zur \u00dcbers\u00e4uerung. Nat\u00fcrlich ist es auch individuell verschieden, welche Nahrungsmittel Du vertr\u00e4gst.
