It is very rich in fibers and saturating. Same time it has little calories. It also delays the rise in blood sugar levels. You can boil or fry them. My favorite are spicy sticks like French fries. Wash one big or two small sweet potatoes and chop them into sticks with the peel. Then prepare a spice oil or ghee. Dazu erhitzt Du in einer Pfanne&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Ghee oder Sesam\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 2 Zehen fein gehackten Knoblauch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 Teel\u00f6ffel rotes Chilipulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; oder zwei Teel\u00f6ffel scharfes Currypulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; eine Prise Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ein wenig Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Sticks dazu geben und im gew\u00fcrzten Ghee oder \u00d6l anbraten.
