If you like to loose weight or cleanse yourself this may be also a very tasty main dish for you. It contains almost no calories but is rich in nutrients and minerals. Edamame are young soybeans which are cooked in their shells. Mostly you get them frozen. Steam or boil a handful of them until the beans inside get soft.
