You can bake or cook them together with seeds and kernels. Er enth\u00e4lt nun mehr als 60 Prozent Gluten. Deswegen sind Weizenprodukte besonders schwer verdaulich. Das gilt auch f\u00fcr die alten Weizensorten Kamut und Emmer. Du kannst sie zusammen mit Saaten, Samen und Kernen backen oder kochen.
