Neither I can, but as you also know all these things contain refined sugar and saturated fats which are not very healthy. There is a great solution which turns all those sweeties to superfoods: just prepare your desserts with sweet vegetables like peas, sweet potatoe or avocados. They contain sugar which is not harmful for our body, because sugar level rise slowly. And these option don\u2019t have much calories. It\u2019s also great for children.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just boil one of the above vegetable in water, peel and chop them to fine puree best with a food processor. If you like you can add raw cacao powder, honey, stevia, erythrit, dates or sirup of maple or dates to the mousse. Sie enthalten zwar auch Zucker, der ist aber nicht so sch\u00e4dlich f\u00fcr unseren K\u00f6rper, da der Zuckerspiegel nur langsam ansteigt. Ausserdem haben solche Nachspeisen insgesamt weniger Kalorien und sind bestens f\u00fcr Kinder geeignet. Nicht zu vergessen, in Gem\u00fcse sind Fasern enthalten, die unsere guten Darmbakterien zum Wachstum brauchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koche eines der genannten Gem\u00fcse in Wasser, sch\u00e4le sie und zerkleinere sie mit einem starken Mixer zu feinem P\u00fcree. Wenn Du m\u00f6chtest, kannst Du dem Mousse naturbelassenes Kakaopulver, Honig, Stevia, Erythrit, Datteln, Ahorn- oder Dattelsirup hinzuf\u00fcgen.
