In this case it is much better for you to skip the egg white. Why? Because it is heavy to digest. Unverdaut kommt es zu einer Fehlverdauung, wodurch laut der ayurvedischen Lehre sogenanntes AMA entsteht. Das sind klebrige Molek\u00fcle, die sich an der Darmwand ablagern und unsere guten Darmbakterien ersticken. Gelangt Ama in unser Lymphsystem, blockieren die klebrigen Partikel die Lymphzirkulation und damit die Reinigung des Gewebes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eigelb ist dagegen besser verdaulich und reich an Mineralstoffen und Vitaminen wie Eisen und B-Vitaminen. Es enth\u00e4lt Fette, die notwendig sind, um Hormone aufzubauen oder unsere Nerven wieder herzustellen. Es ist ideal bei Schw\u00e4che und k\u00f6rperlicher Anstrengung. Iss aber nur ein Eigelb pro Tag, besonders wenn Du ersch\u00f6pft bist und Deine Verdauungskraft nicht die beste ist. Das Eigelb kannst Du gekocht zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck essen oder mach Dir einen Dip daraus.
