Then the Buddha exercise is just right for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Think of someone you love very much and unconditional. This can be a dog or your deceased grandmother. Let your feelings of love run free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Now imagine that you are a child, sitting on a chair in your heart. You wait there for the love you didn&#8217;t get as a child. Sit with your inner child, take his\/her hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Channel the love you feel for others (see point 1) into your heart and pass it on to your inner child. It takes a little while, but after some time, you will feel unconditional love flowing from the universe into your heart. Das kann auch ein Hund oder Deine verstorbene Gro\u00dfmutter sein. Lass Deinen Liebesgef\u00fchlen freien Lauf.\u00a0<\/li><li>Stell Dir nun vor, Du sitzt als Kind auf einem Stuhl in Deinem Herzen. Du wartest dort auf die Liebe die Du als Kind nicht bekommen hast.\u00a0Setz Dich zu Deinem inneren Kind, nimm seine\/ihre Hand.\u00a0<\/li><li>Leite die Liebe, die Du f\u00fcr Andere f\u00fchlst (siehe Punkt 1), in Dein Herz und gib sie an Dein Inneres Kind weiter. F\u00fchle auch wie die Liebe aus dem Universum zu Dir str\u00f6mt.\u00a0Es dauert ein wenig, aber nach einiger Zeit f\u00fchlst Du, wie die Liebe vom Universum in Dein Herz flie\u00dft.
