Others need meat to stay healthy or to become healthy again. Meat products are invigorating in moderation, especially for people with physical weaknesses or Burn-Out. The Minimal Meat concept goes back to the basic Ayurvedic idea of \u200b\u200busing meat as a medicine for strengthening, but using very little of the meat itself. The main medicinal dishes are broths with different types of meat\u00a0 ideally cooked with bones for 8-12 hours. Such a soup can be eaten daily. Other dishes like little fricassee or fried sticks with chicken or ocean fish, beef goulash with lots of vegetables or Spaghetti Bolognese with minimal minced meat and more carrots are particularly good for children and the elderly, but not every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"german\" style=\"fon < t-size: 1.7em; font-weight: 300; color: #908C64; margin-top: 40px;\">MINIMAL MEAT<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Immer mehr Menschen verzichten auf Fleisch, weil sie die Massentierhaltung nicht unterst\u00fctzen wollen oder aus gesundheitlichen Gr\u00fcnden nicht d\u00fcrfen. Andere wiederum brauchen Fleisch um gesund zu bleiben oder es wieder zu werden. Insbesondere f\u00fcr Menschen mit k\u00f6rperlichen Schw\u00e4chen oder Burn-Out sind Fleischprodukte in Ma\u00dfen st\u00e4rkend. Das Konzept von Minimal Meat geht auf den ayurvedischen Grundgedanken zur\u00fcck, Fleisch als Medizin zur St\u00e4rkung einzusetzen, dabei aber nur ganz wenig vom Fleisch selbst zu verwenden. Zu den Heilgerichten geh\u00f6ren vor allem Kraftbr\u00fchen, wo verschiedene Fleischsorten idealerweise\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8-12 Stunden mit den Knochen gekocht werden.
