EASIER TO DIGEST: FINELY GRATED SALAD

Raw food, especially salad, is difficult to digest by nature, because of hard structures. With a weak digestion power due to permanent stress, wrong food habits or overeating, it is better to finely grate salad.

Rohkost, insbesondere Salat ist von Natur aus schwierig zu verdauen, allein schon wegen den harten Strukturen. Ist auch noch die Verdauungskraft geschwächt, zum Beispiel durch Dauerstress, falsche Ernährung oder Overeating, dann ist es besser Salat ganz fein zu raspeln.
