• a daily routine

• to get up around/between 5 and 7 in the morning

• to go to bed around 10-11pm

• take a maximum of two meals a day

• to skip breakfast in the morning

• to have the last meal before 7pm

• eat easily digestible food

• brisk walking in the fresh air for 1-2 hours

• weekly hiking or trekking tours

• dynamic sport or fitness exercises on a daily basis

• dancing

• travelling in warm dry climates

• travelling to different places

• Meditation for 1-2 hours a day

• dynamic yoga exercises such as #Sun salutation or #Firework exercises 

• dynamic breathing exercises (#Pranayama) with # Ujjayi breathing, #Intense breathing and

  #Fire breathing

• Bergauf Wandern in der Natur

• regelmäßige intensive Meditation 

• dynamischen Yoga-Übungen (Asanas) wie dem Sonnengruß und die Firework-Übungen

• Asanas mit Fokus auf den Bauch wie Pawanamuktasana 

• schnelles und intensiver Pranayama (Atemübungen) in Ujjayi-Atmung wie Stoßatmung (Kapalabhati)

oder Feueratmung (Bhastrika)

• regelmäßige intensive Meditation
